Leadership & executive coaching
A focused space for leaders navigating change, complexity, confidence, and the decisions that shape what comes next.
Clarity · Presence · Sustainable performance
Human growth, made practical
I help leaders and teams turn complexity into clarity—and clarity into meaningful movement. I work with people who are ready to move through fear and act with more courage where it matters.
My work is practical, deep, and grounded in real life. I create the frame, hold the space, and guide the process so people can see clearly, stop avoiding what needs attention, and take the next right action.
What I believe
Courage is not noise or force. It is coherence under pressure.
Fear is not the enemy. Avoidance is. Fear points to what needs our attention; courage begins when we stop circling the question and choose the next right action before certainty arrives.
Free self-reflection tool
Fear shapes how we speak, lead, decide, create, and choose what comes next. The Fear & Courage Index helps you notice your own patterns—and what supports courageous action in real life and work.

Hello, I'm Irina
I'm Irina Somodi—an organizational development professional, Associate CIPD, coach, facilitator, trainer, and learning professional. I work at the intersection of courage, clarity, and human development.
My background spans learning and development, talent management, change management, organizational culture, coaching, facilitation, and organizational dynamics. I work with individuals, leaders, and teams facing decisions, transitions, pressure, uncertainty, or the quiet sense that something important needs to change.
What defines my work is how I create the frame: bringing order to complexity, listening to what is visible and what remains beneath the surface, and creating spaces where people feel safe enough to be honest, challenged enough to move, and clear enough to choose.
My work is practical and grounded in real experience—in people, movement, adventure, travel, diversity, creation, risk, and experimentation. Insight matters, but it becomes real only when it changes the next action. I help people meet fear with presence, structure, and courage—not by imposing direction, but by helping them find the truth they can act on.
My approach
I do not offer borrowed answers or push people into performance. I create the conditions for them to see clearly, tell themselves the truth, and choose how to move with integrity.
We name what is happening now, what matters most, and what could become possible.
I shape the right mix of questions, practice, challenge, and support for your context.
Insight becomes choices, new behavior, and small shifts that continue long after we finish.
What clients remember
Professionalism, warmth, rigor, trust, patience, enthusiasm, motivation. I warmly recommend Irina and her services.
A playful challenge to rediscover your creativity and look at the situations you face from entirely new perspectives.
Irina helped me look for the source of my energy before defining my style—so I could feel confident and authentic.
